Return Policy

Due to the nature of our items, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. Our items are custom made items and made per order. If there is an error on our part, we will correct the issue at no cost to you. 

If you have any issues or problems with your order, issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please report through Chat or Mollienme@comcast.net

We do not refund for incorrect addresses, items in transit, running late, forced returns or items that show delivered. 

We will help you with your order from the time you order until the time USPS shows delivered!
