Shipping Policy

We ship your order with the shipping method you select. Each method has its time frame for delivery. We understand the frustration shipping delays can cause. Orders may take additional time for delivery during holidays with USPS. Please consider this when ordering

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses on file. If the item is returned, you, as a customer, are responsible for reshipping fees. If the item is lost, misdelivered, or delivered to the wrong address due to a wrong address on file, you, the customer, are responsible for the reshipping fee. If the item shows delivered, please get in touch with USPS to locate your items and let us know to help in the matter. If your item has been stolen, a police report must be filed for USPS, Etsy, and the insurance on the item. We do not refund for incorrect addresses, items in transit, running late, or items that show delivered. We will help to resolve the matter.
